Process guide:

1. Establishing what type of 3D model your project requires:

  a) Exterior 3D modelling focuses on the external appearance of the house representing as accurate as possible the cladding finishes,  glazed areas and facade decorations.  If required it can include partial context around the building in the form of simple shapes with assumed heights of adjacent buildings and vegetation. 

  b) Landcape 3D modelling is created mainly for the garden areas of your property and focuses on detailing the hardscape and softscape elements of the design, and can include a simple suggestive shape of the building and surroundings.

  c) Interior design 3D modelling is for the interior of the building and focuses on the interior finishes, furniture, lighting and fixtures.

2. Once the type and size of the project is established we can guide you on which services will suit your project best and hyperlink to a project order is sent to you via email.

3. To create the 3D model for your project CAD drawings are required, together with any relevant information such as photos, location, sketches, list of materials and finishes or any additional information that will help us understand your project better and generate the best results.

4. Once all the information is received we can provide you with an estimated delivery time for your project.
